Request for Proposals: Web Hosting and Maintenance

The Presidential Climate Commission invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for web hosting and maintenance services for its official website. The selected provider will ensure a secure, high-performing, and user-friendly platform, aligned with PCC’s mandate to support South Africa’s just transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy.

Scope of Services includes:

• Reliable website hosting (99.9% uptime, security, daily backups).
• Regular backend updates and technical support.
• Website redesign to improve user experience and align with PCC branding.
• Analytics reporting and SEO optimization.
• Training and support for PCC’s communications team.

Contract Duration: 36 months
