Report on the PCC's Capacity Building Workshops on SA's 2035 NDC Targets

This report presents a high-level overview of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) capacity building workshops that were conducted by the Presidential Climate Commission (PCC) in November 2024. The presentations, reflections and discussions that took place during the capacity building events have been synthesised into this report. The questions asked during the capacity building sessions will be included in the Q&A and factsheet document that the PCC is compiling for stakeholders ahead of the NDC consultations sessions. In this report, the overview of the presentations and emerging themes from the discussions have been synthesised and captured, these inputs will form the basis of ongoing work on the consultations, post consultation webinars and national colloquium on the NDCs.
